非金融机构开展互联网金融的现况、影响及监管

2005年开始，国内兴起非金融机构经营互联网金融业务的热潮。非金融机构提供在线互联网金融服务，经营业务主要包括“支付”与“投、融资”两大类，其形态主要有四：第三方支付、基金销售、P2P网络借贷，以及众筹。非金融机构经营互联网金融，虽可加快国内金融业转型的步伐，并满足中小企业及个人无法自银行取得资金的投、融资需求，但也因发展过速，监管不足，致使网络借贷倒闭事件频传，不利于金融稳定等诸多负面效应。为此，需要主管机关研究制定与互联网金融相关的法律，加强监管，并准许这些非金融机构转型为正规商业银行。  相似文献

Managing Discovery and Linking Services

There is a growing trend toward a consolidation of services for electronic resources management, A–Z journal listings, full text link resolving, and discovery services under a single service provider. In many cases, the adoption of a discovery service from a provider that is not the same as the libraries’ existing link resolver service means managing multiple knowledgebases. In this session, three librarians gave an overview of their experiences and strategies for maintaining separate link resolving and discovery services in lieu of adopting a full suite of services from a single service provider. Each speaker presented a case study on the advantages and challenges of managing their chosen discovery service: EBSCO Discovery Service, Ex Libris’ Primo and ProQuest’s Summon, in conjunction with the CUFTS/GODOT open source knowledgebase and link resolver service.  相似文献

This article describes a study conducted in York County, Pennsylvania, on its countywide library system framed within the context of the statewide “Reimaging Libraries” Get Storied initiative, developed and marketed by organizational story consultant, Michael Margolis. Understood as an essential aspect of culture re-imaging and change, narratives were collected from library personnel by undergraduate students at Pennsylvania State University-York as part of a service-learning initiative (directed by the first author). Public libraries across the country design and deliver programs for military veterans and their families, often collaborating with other organizations and agencies. The examples were assembled from both general and specialized interviews with librarians, and literature and Internet searches, with summaries of programs assembled and written by multiple researchers. The specific limitations on the listing in this article are clearly outlined in the first section. Overall, however, the article provides a good introductory overview of what’s going on in veteran’s programs and services in America’s public libraries in over seventy libraries in forty states. We hope this list of what public libraries have organized or are doing will supply other public librarians with ideas on how to provide new services or enhance their existing ones.  相似文献
